Kullanım Koşulları

1. Kabul

Hearth'i kullanarak bu koşulları ve Gizlilik Politikası'nı kabul etmiş olursun. Kabul etmiyorsan uygulamayı kullanma.

Tıbbi bir hizmet değildirHearth lisanslı bir psikolog, psikiyatrist ya da tıbbi cihaz değildir; tanı koymaz, tedavi sunmaz. Acil bir durumdaysan 112'yi ara ya da bir uzmana başvur.

2. Hesabın

Hesap açmak için 13 yaşından büyük olmalısın. Şifrenin gizliliğinden ve hesabınla yapılan işlemlerden sen sorumlusun.

3. İçeriğin ve topluluk kuralları

Paylaştığın hikayeler, mesajlar ve diğer içerikler sana aittir. Toplulukta paylaşılan içerik incelemeden geçer; zarar verici, yanıltıcı ya da uygunsuz bulduğumuz içeriği kaldırabiliriz. Şunları paylaşamazsın:

Taciz, nefret söylemi ya da başkalarına zarar verme amacı taşıyan içerik;
Belirli bir reçeteli ilaç veya tedavi tavsiyesi (kendi deneyimini anlatmak serbesttir);
Başka birinin özel bilgilerini izni olmadan.

4. Hearth Plus

Hearth Plus, aylık otomatik yenilenen bir aboneliktir. Ücret App Store hesabından alınır ve mevcut dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse abonelik yenilenir. Aboneliğini App Store > Ayarlar'dan istediğin zaman iptal edebilirsin. Ödemeleri ve iadeleri Apple yönetir.

5. Hesabın kapatılması

Bu koşulları ihlal eden hesapları askıya alabilir veya kapatabiliriz. Hesabını istediğin an Ben sekmesinden silebilirsin.

6. Sorumluluk

Hearth "olduğu gibi" sunulur; kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağını garanti etmeyiz. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.

7. Uygulanacak hukuk ve değişiklikler

Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Koşulları güncelleyebiliriz; önemli değişikliklerde uygulama içinden bilgilendiririz. Sorular için: inamrasit@gmail.com.

1. Acceptance

By using Hearth you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Not a medical serviceHearth is not a licensed psychologist, psychiatrist or medical device; it doesn't diagnose or treat. In a crisis, call your local emergency number or reach a professional.

2. Your account

You must be 13 or older to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your password private and for activity on your account.

3. Your content and community rules

Stories, messages and other content you post stay yours. Community content is reviewed, and we may remove anything we find harmful, misleading or inappropriate. You may not post:

Harassment, hate speech, or content meant to harm others;
Recommendations of a specific prescription medication or treatment (sharing your own experience is fine);
Someone else's private information without their permission.

4. Hearth Plus

Hearth Plus is a monthly auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your App Store account, and the subscription renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Cancel any time in App Store > Settings. Apple handles payments and refunds.

5. Closing accounts

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You can delete your account any time from the Me tab.

6. Liability

Hearth is provided "as is"; we don't guarantee it will run without interruption or errors. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect damages arising from using the app.

7. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. We may update them and will tell you in the app about material changes. Questions: inamrasit@gmail.com.
