Hesap

Şifremi unuttum. Hesabına bağlı e-posta adresinden bize yaz, yardımcı olalım.
Hesabımı silmek istiyorum. Ben sekmesinin en altındaki Hesabı Sil ile hesabın ve tüm verilerin kalıcı olarak silinir. Uygulamaya erişemiyorsan e-postayla iste, 30 gün içinde sileriz.
Yapay zekâ paylaşımı. Verilerinin OpenAI'a gönderilmesine verdiğin izni Ben › OpenAI ile paylaşım bölümünden istediğin an değiştirebilirsin.

Hearth Plus aboneliği

Ödemeyi Apple alır. İptal etmek için: iPhone'da Ayarlar › adın › Abonelikler › Hearth.
Para iadesi talepleri Apple üzerinden yapılır: reportaproblem.apple.com.

Account

I forgot my password. Email us from the address on your account and we'll help.
I want to delete my account. Delete Account at the very bottom of the Me tab permanently deletes your account and all of its data. If you can't open the app, email us and we'll delete it within 30 days.
Sharing with AI. You can change your permission to send your data to OpenAI any time under Me › Sharing with OpenAI.

Hearth Plus subscription

Apple handles the payment. To cancel: on your iPhone, Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Hearth.
Refunds are requested from Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.
New phone? Tap Restore Purchases on the Hearth Plus screen.

Community and safety

Use Report on a story, a profile or a conversation to send it to our team, and Block to stop someone reaching you right away.
Manage the people you've blocked under Me › Settings › Blocked people.
